A vineyard where every color, every flavor, every taste counts
Situated where three of the major wine-producing areas meet(Vallée du Rhône, Provence and Languedoc), the 40 hectares of our vineyard bear a colorful and varied palette : - cabernet-sauvignon, cinsault, grenache noir, marselan, mourvèdre, petit verdot and syrah are the black grape varieties, - bourboulenc, chasan, grenache blanc, macabeu, muscat petit grain, roussane and viognier, are the white varieties.
Valdition wines are the fruit of thoroughness and precision
It all starts with working the land. The vines are pruned hard and disbudded by hand thus deliberately reducing yields. The harvest is carefully sorted by hand, destalked, crutched and vinified in vats. After this and following fermentation, the various varieties are assembled and put into vats or French oak casks for specific personalized maturing.
Winegrowing with respect for the environment
Their love of the land and their respect for the character of each variety of vine is what pushes the Valdition team to reach always that little bit futher in their environmental approach, going progressively from minimal treatment of the vines to entirely oganic cultivation. Full bodied, supple nd silky, fruity and elegant... you can find 4 differents games, in Vin de Pays des Alpilles or in AOC Coteaux d'Aix en Provence.
