Welcome to Valdition

Located in Provence, in the Alpilles, near Eygalières and Saint Rémy de Provence, the Domaine de Valdition spreads over 280 hectares of unique landscape created by the bright luminous southern skies in the typical scenery of the Alpilles.
During the Renaissance, François 1er made a gift of it to his daughter, Caroline du Prévôt. The estate remained in the family of her husband, Dacla de Chateaubert, for 4 centuries.
Nowadays, the Domaine focuses on two main production activities that are emblematic of Provence, wines and olives.
The vineyard stretches over 40 hectares in a protected haven of nature. It is planted with southern varieties of wines in stony and argilo-calcareous soil and by its sheer diversity produces wines that are typical of the region.
The olive grove covers 30 hectares and turns out a range of fruity oils that are classed AOC Baux de Provence.
Finally, Valdition has orchards a field of truffle oaks, and a whole extent of pastureland and forest.
