Produced with traditional olive varieties of "Vallée des Baux" : Aglandau, Grossane, Salonenque and Verdale, this oil is very complex.
Very good with fish and vegetables, it is also excellent with goat cheese.

Made with a single and rare variety called "Bouteillan" which is picked very early in the season, this oil is smooth and slightly spiced, revealing an intense and green fruitiness.
